As an accomplished senior international HR Executive, Consultant, Coach, Learning and Development specialist and Facilitator. Gary is highly experienced and accomplished in consulting across all areas of human resources. Gary supports his clients to drive change through the delivery of business strategies and initiatives, leadership and employee coaching, and technical and soft skills training. Having worked within the Australian, Japanese, UK, India and Middle East business environments, Gary has delivered numerous soft-skills courses, along with qualifications in HR, Frontline Management, Training and Assessment and Workplace Coaching across both formal and private sector vocational education and training sectors.
Gary has qualifications in Teaching, Human Resources, Coaching and Consulting. He has recently celebrated his 10th anniversary as a Chartered Fellow with the CIPD (UK), and he is a Fellow of both the AHRI, Australian Human Resources Institute and the AITD, Australian Institute of Training and Development. Gary also holds the latest Train the Trainer qualification: TAE40122.
His truly global experience in delivering a range of HR, coaching, and development programs, along with providing consulting services across the oil & gas, construction, banking & finance, and environmental sectors, has given him a unique perspective on effectively dealing with multicultural, geographically dispersed audiences.
